When Sebastian and Nancy Prieto decided to open an ice cream store, they wanted to use Sebastian’s grandfather’s organic ice cream recipes. They also wanted to create a special experience for each person coming into Nitroinfusions. They discovered a chemistry teacher on You Tube who was teaching students to how to make liquid nitrogen ice cream. This visually spectacular way of creating ice cream- to -order eliminates air and minimizes ice crystals to create a smoother, creamier ice cream experience. Experimenting with fresh, local ingredients, Sebastian and Nancy created over 30 flavors that are hard to find anywhere else. A few of our favorites include:
Salty Caramel– Organic vanilla ice cream topped with caramel and Mediteranean sea salt.
Mint Chip– Organic fresh mint ice cream with mini chips and topped with chocolate sauce.
Chocolate Espresso– Organic chocolate ice cream topped with ground espresso and chocolate sauce.
Strawberry Cheesecake– Organic strawberry and cream cheese ice cream with fresh strawberries and strawberry sauce.
