Roasted Chili & Blood Orange – Experience one of our newest combinations – sweet, citrusy Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Roasted Chili. This is a great flavor combination to use in cooking pork, chicken or even seafood. Try marinating olives in this oil – delicious! The smoky, roasted chili flavor is made more complex by the addition of the Blood Orange. Pair with our White Habanero Balsamics for extra heat or with any of our fruity dark balsamics for a tasty dressing.
Italian Herb White Balsamic – A delicious savory white balsamic flavored with the most popular Italian herbs…garlic, basil, rosemary and oregano. Use this one as a glaze for oven roasted portobello mushrooms or as a dressing for a juicy tomato and cucumber salad. Try it over grilled halibut with some lemon slices or toss it into sauteed spinach.
White Lemon with Habanero Spice Balsamic – This one is great to use in salad dressings or as a marinade for chicken. Try it drizzled over cream cheese on crackers. Excellent for both chicken and seafood due to its nice, light color. Be creative and use this to make a spicy lemon margarita.
Chilean Frantonio Varietal Oil – Slightly peppery, nutty taste with a hint of green bell pepper, slight catch in the back of your throat. Light green in color.
