This is the 10th national Small Business Saturday which is an annual event in partnership with American Express. It was started to support and recognize small businesses between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Its goal is to bring communities together in support of their favorite small businesses. “Shopping Small” is considered so important that it is acknowledged by U.S. Presidents annually.
Old Town is dedicated to local entrepreneurs and, in turn, shopping small supports the City of La Quinta and its residents. Participating shops include Pedego Electric Bikes, Lulu’s, La Quinta Olive Oil Company, elizabeth & prince, Tarah Jade, Old Town Optix & Optometry, Art 925, Tick Tock, Le Chateau, H20 Closet and Alexandrite Active & Golf Wear.
