Featured Artist: Meitel Regev, Painter

Meital Regev creates contemporary fine art-entirely with coffee and water. Painting in both hyper-realistic and imaginative styles, she explores the emotional depth of animals and human nature through a warm, earthy palette infused with humor and storytelling. Based in Temecula, her eco-conscious studio is where precision engineering meets playful surrealism.

Her work has been showcased in juried and solo exhibitions within California and Europe, including ArtWalk San Diego, Beverly Hills Art Show (where she won 2nd place in the Watercolor category, Oct 2023), gallery installations, cafés, and cultural spaces. Live painting demos at events have further deepened her community presence.

Meital’s pieces are held in private collections worldwide and she’s featured on TV (Fox 5 San Diego, KUSI) and in print media (Israeli–Jewish Weekly Magazine).

A former aerospace engineer, Meital brings meticulous attention to detail into her unique coffee-painted storytelling.

As a devoted educator, she teaches coffee-painting workshops and supports fellow artists building sustainable art businesses. She’s also deeply committed to giving back-a portion of every sale benefits ArtReach San Diego, empowering youth through visual arts.
