La Quinta High School Homecoming Parade & 25th Anniversary!
Old Town is proud to host La Quinta High Schools’ 3rd Annual Homecoming Parade. We hope the whole community will join us to celebrate on this special occasion filled with creativity, excitement, music, floats, marching bands, cheerleaders, dancers, athletes and yes, more than a little nostalgia.
Floats will feature an “Around the World” theme. Mexico, England, Greece and Japan will be represented by the Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior classes respectively. “Tough Guys & Gals” will be performing on each float.
La Quinta High School performance groups include the Blackhawk Parade, Dance and Cheerleader performances. Fall sports groups will march in the Parade including football, Boys’ Water Polo, Girls’ Volleyball, Girls’ Tennis, Girls’ Golf and Boys’ and Girls’ Cross-Country athletes.
Student performance groups from La Quinta Middle School, John Glenn Middle School and Amelia Earhart feeder schools will entertain you as well.
