When Sebastian and Nancy Prieto decided to open an ice cream store, they wanted to use Sebastian’s grandfather’s organic ice cream recipes. They also wanted to create a special experience for each person coming into Nitroinfusions. They discovered a chemistry teacher on You Tube who was teaching students to how to make liquid nitrogen ice cream. This visually spectacular way of creating ice cream- to -order eliminates air and minimizes ice crystals to create a smoother, creamier ice cream experience. Experimenting with fresh, local ingredients, Sebastian and Nancy created over 30 flavors that are hard to find anywhere else. A few of our favorites include:
Salty Caramel – Organic vanilla ice cream topped with caramel and Mediteranean sea salt.
Mint Chip – Organic fresh mint ice cream with mini chips and topped with chocolate sauce.
Chocolate Espresso – Organic chocolate ice cream topped with ground espresso and chocolate sauce.
Strawberry Cheesecake – Organic strawberry and cream cheese ice cream with fresh strawberries and strawberry sauce.
