Whispering Angel Rosé
This French rose is a classic, pale, Provence-style summer treat. It is clear, clean, bright and refreshing. No wonder it’s loaded onto yachts in the Côte d’Azur! The Times reviewed Whispering Angel as “sensational…hard to find fault with”. A pure pleasure on its own, we love pairing this with salmon or Idaho trout. Wisdom by B. Wise
Rich and intense, this is a rare, red California blend from B. Wise Vineyards in Napa Valley. It pairs well with lamb and beef. We recommend it solo or with our Steak Frites.

Pinot Gris by J Vineyards & Winery
This California wine delights with notes of candied pineapple, lemongrass, white peach, and jasmine. Fruity flavors include Anjou pear, yellow apple and lime. Its complex palate, sliver of minerality and crisp acidity make it a favorite with cheeses and chutney. A great summer chill drink on its own, we recommend it with our Summer Scallops & Spinach Salad.
